This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, who we share it with, and what control you have over it.
Information we collect
Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form, book a call, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you choose to tell us about your business and what you need.
Appointment information. When you book a call with us, we collect the date and time you selected, your timezone, and any notes or answers you provide as part of booking.
Payment information. If you purchase a service, payment is processed by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of the transaction, the amount, and the product purchased. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we collect standard technical information: IP address, browser type and version, device type, pages visited, time spent, and the site or ad that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies — see Cookies and tracking below.
Communications. We keep a record of emails, text messages, and calls between you and us, including messages handled by our automated and AI-assisted systems.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or biometric data.
Text messaging and mobile information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
If you consent to receive text messages from us:
- You are consenting to receive messages about your inquiry, your appointment, your account, and services you have asked about.
- Message frequency varies. You will not receive more than is reasonably necessary to respond to you and service your account.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages.
- To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation and then no further messages.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:

How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally seven years for transaction records. Inquiry and marketing records are kept until you ask us to delete them or until they are no longer useful, whichever comes first.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
